If a product offered by rudraro.com is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it to us in unused condition within 7 days of delivery.

Risk of Loss.

All items purchased from rudraro.com are made pursuant to a shipment/dispatch contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier/courier.

Force Majeure

Rudra RO. shall have no liability to you for any interruption or delay in access to the Site irrespective of the cause.
